About Andiva:
Mr. Andiva, Master Builder, is the Managing Partner of this esteemed law firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB, Hons) from Moi University and was admitted to the Bar in March 2014. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya with over eight years of experience. He is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya’s committee on Environment, Land and Conveyancing. His role is to advise the Council which then advises the Government on various aspects of our environment, land and day to day conveyancing process.
His mandate since inception has been to create, communicate and implement the organization’s vision, mission and overall direction. He formulated the legal practice and partnerships to merge with the secto-specific real estate and investment portfolios that together produce service excellence, internal opportunities for expansion, satisfied clientele, new markets, new industry developments and standards. He meets regularly with stakeholders and consultants of the firm to make sure that the headways the firm needs to make are prescient and strategic.
He has since won Entrepreneur of the Year 2019 in the 254 Youth Entrepreneurship and Mentorship Awards, BUILD Award for Excellence in Property Legal Services in the year 2020 and the Service Provider of The Year by the Construction and Real Estate Awards in the Year 2021 among other accolades.
Some of his notable achievements have been;
- He Formulated portfolio consultant partnerships in the legal, real estate sales and research, project management, survey, lease administration, landscaping, architecture and valuation fields.
- Serving God with his legal background as the lead counsel for New Breed City Chapel International Churches.
- Founder and President Adelante LLC and Chairman Mandate Foundation.
- Worked with numerous clients including: Adopt an SME Africa, Arise Africa Network, AAD & Real Estate Limited, AAC & Real Estate, Farsight Africa Group Limited, Sterling Partners Limited, Sun Africa Studios Limited, Mobigossip Infotech Limited, Buyrent Kenya Limited, Granite Capital Limited, Sapama Group Limited, WG Law Experts among others.
- Recovered a total of Five Million Dollars in debt claims relating to default payments, product defects and/or failure of performance. Furnished debtors with demand letters, legal precedents and nuances of the law to recover over 80% of presented instructions.
- Drafted, reviewed and attested over two hundred and sixty six commercial and conveyancing contracts.
- Transferred seventy seven properties and land investments in high end Nairobi areas in; Runda, Karen and Kilimani areas, together with the registration of twenty two Commercial Leases in Westlands and Upperhill.
- Wrote blogs in partnership with BuyRentKenya Limited including; the vital roles of a property advocate and the costs to consider when transacting.
- Registered several limited liability companies together with one foreign infotech limited liability company in Kenya. Drafted the company’s canon supplier and employment contacts for their future reference use.
- Legal Manager for Adopt an SME Africa Foundation and Arise Africa Network Foundation.
- Oversaw and contributed to the construction of the Pentecostal Assemblies of God church and the Bishop’s house in Kitale, Sirende Village, that accommodates a congregation of one hundred people.
- Planted 3500 Seedlings at the Nairobi National Park in conjunction with Eco Earth Warriors Kenya and the Kenya Wildlife Service.
Prior to incorporating Adelante, Mr. Andiva served as the Legal Manager in one of the real estate agencies in Nairobi. As its Legal Counsel, he was the head of all the legal operations of the agency including drafting all contracts, reviewing and amending agreements for sale, leases, tenancy agreements, letters of offer and forwarding letters. He conducted due diligence to properties, client counseling and correspondence to the Vendors, Purchasers and Financiers to ensure that their respective professional undertakings and requisite duties are adhered to. He filed company legal documents, created sales and pipeline reports for each and every development and/or residential property of the agency. He liaised with the Company’s Property Agents on the ongoing sales and rentals in addition to drafting weekly reports updating the Director of the agency on the status of the sale and rental transactions amongst other roles.
Mr. Andiva also worked as an associate in the Labor and Trademarks Department in one of the Law firms in Nairobi. As an associate, Mr. Andiva worked under the supervision of the senior partner of the firm and undertook matters in the areas of Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Probate and Administration, Conveyancing and Company law.

He is also an ardent lover of the NBA, his preferred team of choice being The Lakers. He loves nature too! His passion to giving back to the environment has seen him plant 100 trees with the Nairobi Greenline Movement at the Nairobi National Park to safe guard the parks borders against poachers and also recently, adopted a baby elephant with David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust by the name Ndotto.

About Naomi:
Ms Naomi is the Managing Partner Andiva Elvis & Associates. She holds a
Bachelors of Laws (LLB) Degree from Moi University. She is an advocate of the high court of
Kenya, a Certified Secretary (CS (K)) and a Certified Mediator.
She has over 10 years both (pre and post admission) of professional experience as a corporate Commercial Attorney cutting across all sectors including Telecommunications, Construction, Banking and finance. Other areas of her general practice include Conveyancing, Governance & Legal Compliance and Intellectual property.
She also sits in various boards as a board member. She Previously held the position of the Group Legal Counsel at Adrian Group of companies, a group of companies in the fields of Telecommunication, Construction, ICT Insurance, Food Production and Logistics.
Some of her notable accomplishments include;
• Successfully drafted and negotiated multinational contracts with companies like Adrian Kenya, Safaricom Plc, Huawei, American tower with a combined value of over hundred million dollars.
• Acted for Safer Power Limited in a joint venture project where she was involved in streamlining the Joint Venture which entailed advising and overseeing all necessary stipulations to be fulfilled and the drafting and reviewing of relevant documents.
• Setting up of companies both locally and in different jurisdictions i.e. Mauritius, South Africa,
Ethiopia as well as leading in compliance in time.
• Negotiating of facilities to a tune of over ten million dollars and overseeing the registration of securities to completion.
• Spearheading the merger between Adrian Kenya & Atlas Kenya (Kalahari Group)
• Resolved matters short of litigation and negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of the different Companies resulting in substantial monetary benefits.
• Creation of policies of different companies in compliance to set government regulations.
• Successfully registered over 20 Trademarks.
• Advisory of Board appointment and Management.
• Successfully coordinated and conducted legal and governance audits and ensuring the loopholes identified are closed.
•Successfully registered securities to a tune of 50Million for and on behalf of Kenya Development
Corporation.
